For one of our projects this year we are to write and then design an essay that focuses on a UX trend. A trend is a general direction where something is developing and changing, or the subject of many posts on social media

Here is a suggested structure for the project.

1. Introduction & context (approx. 80-100 words)
2. Identification of what you think are key trends (200 words)
3. Implications for Designers (inc. references) (400 words)
4. Conclusion / key takeaways (80-100 words)

The report must include sources / references in the Harvard Referencing Style when discussing implications for designers.

The report should include imagery where applicable.

Once written, your report will also need to be designed, You may present it as a standard PDF document or as a webpage/micro site a prototype is fine.
